A school district in Puyallup, WA is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, contract position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to student success and well-being in a 100% in-person setting.

Position Details

• Location: Puyallup, WA
• Contract term: Late August 2026 through mid-June 2027
• Schedule: 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop effective intervention plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support students social-emotional development
• Assist in implementing behavior management strategies and positive behavior supports
• Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings to advocate for student accommodations and services
• Promote a safe and supportive school climate by addressing mental health concerns proactively

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments and delivering interventions in K-12 settings
