Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license
- Previous experience working in a K-12 educational environment (preferred)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative spirit, with comfort working across multiple sites
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform special education eligibility and intervention planning
- Deliver direct counseling and behavioral support to students individually and in small groups
- Participate on multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote supportive learning environments
- Lead and support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
- Analyze assessment data to guide instructional strategies and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
