School Psychologist in Springfield, MA

Provide comprehensive psychological services to support high school students academic, social, and emotional development in a full-time, contract capacity through the current school year.

Location: Springfield, MA (Forest Park and Kiley Prep schools)

Duration: ASAP June 25, 2026

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and challenges
• Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on assessment outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary support teams
• Monitor and support student progress in academic, social, and emotional domains
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts license as a Psychologist
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with high school students
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological assessment tools and interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage students, families, and school staff
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a contract role
