Desired Qualifications
- Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility in Mississippi
- Master’s or Specialist degree from an accredited program in School Psychology
- Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and MTSS/RTI planning
- Familiarity with state and federal education laws and IEP process
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Administer psychological evaluations and interpret results
- Develop evidence-based intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
- Support crisis intervention and behavior management plans
