Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current School Psychologist certification/license in Connecticut
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

- Knowledge of special education processes, IEP development, and legal requirements
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build relationships with students and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments to identify academic and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students’ educational progress
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning and behavior
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of services and progress
