Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate students' occupational therapy needs in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-help skills
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as required
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide professional recommendations and updates on student progress
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across a K-12 caseload
- Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and special education frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with school teams
- Ability to start as soon as possible and commit to a full-time contract role
