Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students K-12, addressing physical, sensory, and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that foster academic success and social participation.
- Complete evaluations, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor student progress throughout the contract period.
- Provide direct intervention in two buildings: 3.5 days at the elementary level and 1.5 days at the middle school level weekly.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of school-based programs and accommodations.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials required to practice in Illinois.
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in school-based settings (K-12).
- Ability to design and implement individualized interventions tailored to student needs across developmental levels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school staff, families, and students.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours as outlined, with availability from the start date through June 2nd.
