Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to middle and high school students
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and assist with any necessary assessments or evaluations
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure appropriate for school settings
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably middle and high school levels
- Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently onsite, managing responsibilities for up to 20 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
