A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide onsite support at a middle and high school setting in Ferndale, WA. This role involves working directly with students requiring occupational therapy services within a school environment, ensuring their developmental and functional needs are met to support academic success.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for a caseload of up to 20 middle and high school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs in collaboration with educators and support staff.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
