What We’re Looking For
- Current licensure as an LPC is required
- Experience providing counseling to children or adolescents in a school setting
- Ability to conduct both individual and group counseling sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation
- Compassionate, supportive, and adaptable approach with students of diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical counseling practice
- Availability for full onsite work, 37.5 hours per week from August 18, 2026, through May 26, 2027
- Provide direct counseling services to a designated caseload of approximately 22-45 students
- Develop and implement group counseling sessions addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with educational staff, administration, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation in line with district and state requirements
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Contribute to a positive school climate promoting student growth
