Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Support, guide, and supervise the SLPA in daily operations and professional growth
- Consult with teachers, families, and other team members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state requirements
