Qualifications And Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Communication Disorders required for SLP applicants
• Active or eligible Georgia state SLP licensure and/or active GA SLA certification for SLAs
• Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and certified Speech-Language Assistants
• Strong understanding of speech and language disorders commonly found in school-aged children
• Experience in an elementary school setting is a plus
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and time-management skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to elementary students on-site
• Conduct assessments, create therapy plans, and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and student records in line with school and state policies
• Provide support and strategies to help students succeed academically and socially
