Requirements
- Valid SLP license/CCC and eligibility to practice in schools
- Experience or strong interest in working with ages 5–22, especially students with severe and behavioral needs
- Willingness to complete safety care training
- Comfortable delivering therapy on-site (no virtual sessions)
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to a diverse caseload
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
- Proactively support a positive and safe therapeutic environment
