- Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to supervise and mentor Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs)
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 150 students at elementary and secondary levels
- Assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Supervise and guide three SLAs, ensuring effective and ethical delivery of therapy
- Maintain thorough progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Engage in regular communication with families and school staff to support student success
- Contract runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027
- Work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Caseload spans PreK through 12th grade, providing a rich and varied professional experience
