Key Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license valid in Massachusetts
• Prior experience as an RN in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Confidence working with complex medical needs, including wheelchair and ventilator care
• BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
  
  

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 care during school hours, monitoring the student’s health needs consistently
• Administer medications, manage medical equipment (ventilator, wheelchair), and respond promptly to any emergent situations
• Collaborate with educational teams, specialists, and families to support the student’s daily and ongoing needs
• Maintain clear, accurate records and communicate progress or concerns with appropriate stakeholders
• Advocate for the student’s needs and ensure the highest standards of safety at all times
