Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing stem cell transplants and CAR-T cell therapy.
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments safely and effectively in accordance with protocols.
- Monitor patient status and treatment responses closely, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary.
- Document patient care activities accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards, including infection control practices and medication administration guidelines.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
