Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor stem cell transplant and CAR-T infusions
- Manage patient care for malignant hematologic disorders in a 30-bed inpatient setting
- Participate actively in research protocols related to hematologic treatments
- Rotate between day and night shifts every two weeks to maintain continuity of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Current RN license with infusion therapy expertise
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Bone Marrow Transplant nursing
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card required
- Strong ability to work in both day and night rotations
