Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of BMT experience.
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card is required.
- Ability to manage complex care protocols including stem cell transplant and CAR-T infusions.
- Comfortable with day/night rotations every two weeks; straight night shifts may be accommodated.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with malignant hematologic disorders.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T treatments following established protocols.
- Participate actively in clinical research initiatives within the unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- 12-hour shifts with day/night rotations every two weeks.
- Option for straight night shifts is available.
