Oncology Registered Nurse - Cleveland, Ohio

Providing specialized care in a 30-bed inpatient unit, this role is designed for registered nurses with oncology expertise, particularly in bone marrow transplantation (BMT). The position involves working with patients facing malignant hematologic disorders, including administering stem cell transplants and CAR-T infusions, as well as participating in clinical research protocols.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of BMT experience.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card is required.
• Ability to manage complex care protocols including stem cell transplant and CAR-T infusions.
• Comfortable with day/night rotations every two weeks; straight night shifts may be accommodated.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with malignant hematologic disorders.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T treatments following established protocols.
• Participate actively in clinical research initiatives within the unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts with day/night rotations every two weeks.
• Option for straight night shifts is available.
