Responsibilities

• Oversee all medication dispensing activities to ensure accuracy and timely service delivery
• Lead and support pharmacy technicians, manage workflow, and assist with delivery operations to improve turnaround times
• Maintain compliance with billing, inventory control, and regulatory documentation in accordance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Collaborate with staff to ensure clinical effectiveness, proper medication controlincluding controlled substancesand participate in quality assurance initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in Massachusetts, in good standing
• 1 to 2 years of recent pharmacist experience preferred
• Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy system strongly preferred
