Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Hollywood, Florida

A pharmacy team is seeking experienced per diem pharmacists to support a concierge-style retail pharmacy specializing in same- or next-day medication delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for pharmacists licensed in Florida who are comfortable working in a closed-door environment with some limited patient interaction on medication pickups.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including managing prescription processing and patient consultations
• Open and close the pharmacy according to established protocols
• Supervise and collaborate with skilled pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Use Pioneer Rx software to accurately process prescriptions and maintain records
  
  

Desired Experience And Qualifications

• Valid Florida pharmacist license required
• Previous experience as a retail staff pharmacist and working with prescription medications
• Familiarity with concierge pharmacy services or closed-door pharmacy operations is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills to lead and support pharmacy staff
  
  

Schedule Highlights

• Immediate openings for the following shifts at a Miami-area location:
• Wednesday, 12/24/25: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Friday, 12/26/25: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Additional shifts through late December and January available, including weekends
