Responsibilities
- Provide professional pharmacy services including dispensing medications accurately and safely
- Manage daily pharmacy operations including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Utilize pharmacy software systems such as McKessons Enterprise (ERx) and Rx30 effectively
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient care
- Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience preferred, including pharmacy opening/closing and technician management
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing
- Proficient with retail pharmacy software, specifically McKesson ERx and Rx30
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas; mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 30 miles one way
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling to accommodate 1-2 shifts per week
