A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the Roscoe, IL area, offering the opportunity to work within a school setting serving a diverse caseload. The role involves supporting students from kindergarten through age 22, with flexibility to tailor caseload age based on professional preference. This contract position provides a structured Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for a caseload of 30-35 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Deliver therapy services to support speech, language, and communication development.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student progress.
- Utilize a range of service delivery models including in-person and teletherapy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC accreditation preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy service provision.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills suited for a school environment.
