Key Qualifications And Skills Include

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including CFY and CCC credentials
• Experience in pediatric SLP services, particularly within schools or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy methodologies to deliver remote speech services effectively
• Washington ESA certification is required for this role
• Ability to engage with elementary-aged students to assess and treat speech and language disorders
  
  

Responsibilities Will Involve

• Conducting speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Utilizing teletherapy tools for service delivery as needed under the virtual program
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
