What you'll bring to the table:
• Current SLP licensure in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to CF candidates
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting is a plus
• Familiarity with teletherapy services a bonus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and educational teams
Your key responsibilities:
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a school caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of all services provided
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child’s needs are met
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Offer teletherapy services when needed
