Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lakeville, MN

This role involves providing specialized speech-language pathology services in educational settings within the St. Paul, MN area, including K-8th and K-12th grade buildings. The position accommodates a part-time schedule of 2 to 2 1/2 days per week, serving approximately 12 students on caseload. Candidates willing to support evaluation services and collaborate with SLP Assistants (SLPAs) are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering speech-language pathology assessments and therapies to school-aged children in K-8th and K-12th grade buildings
• Supporting evaluation services to identify student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Managing a caseload of approximately 12 students with varied communication disorders
• Collaborating effectively with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress
• Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to program renewal discussions, as the role is likely to continue into the 2026-27 school year
  
  

Desired Qualifications And Experience

• Valid certification in speech-language pathology, with preference given to candidates with experience in pediatric, school-based, teletherapy, or healthcare settings
• Experience supporting or supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Strong skills in conducting speech and language evaluations within school environments
