Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure upon start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to providing evidence-based, compassionate interventions
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized educational program (IEP) goals
- Deliver therapy through both direct and consultative services, including teletherapy as applicable
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
- Work cooperatively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress
