- Manage caseloads typically ranging from 45 to 50 students.
- Collaborate directly with the site director and participate in interview processes.
- Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services in compliance with school requirements.
- Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to support student communication development.
- Engage in continuous professional development and oversight through licensed SLP supervision.
- Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or enrollment in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage substantial caseloads.
