Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Leland, North Carolina

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to elementary school students during the Extended School Year (ESY) session. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to support childrens communication development in a school setting, with flexible scheduling options including part-time availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students in-person
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in speech-language pathology
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility to complete CFY during assignment
• Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in school or healthcare settings
• Skilled in teletherapy methods (preferred but not required)
• Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 45-50 students
