- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students in-person
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in speech-language pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility to complete CFY during assignment
- Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in school or healthcare settings
- Skilled in teletherapy methods (preferred but not required)
- Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 45-50 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Onsite placement at an elementary school in the Leland/Wilmington, NC area
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract duration: Through 5/6/2026
- Hours: 37.5 per week (part-time considered)
- ESY assignment supporting speech-language needs during the summer term
