Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary supplies and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to deliver optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation related to patient care and surgical procedures

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Proven experience working in an Operating Room environment
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and preferably Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
