Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based therapy to support students in Sunnyvale, CA. This role requires in-person availability three days per week, from the start date ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY).Key Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy services to school-aged children to improve functional abilities and academic performanceCollaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)Conduct assessments, write reports, and monitor student progress regularlyProvide therapeutic interventions that support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-help skills Qualifications and Experience:Current licensure as an Occupational TherapistExperience working in school settings preferredStrong understanding of pediatric OT interventions and educational environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsMust be available to work onsite in Sunnyvale three days weeklyThis contract opportunity offers hands-on experience in a vibrant school environment where your specialized skills will directly impact student success.
