What We’re Looking For
- Active Michigan OT license (required; please provide a copy with your application)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy, with a strong understanding of IEPs and diverse student needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Ability to provide creative, individualized interventions in both group and one-on-one settings
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their educational plans
- Assess and document student needs, progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with educational teams to adapt classroom environments and activities for optimal student participation
- Provide strategies, tools, and training to staff and families to support student success
- Manage caseload and progress reporting with professionalism and attention to detail
