A school district in Wilmington, DE is seeking multiple full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the upcoming school year. This is a fully onsite role supporting students in a collaborative, school-based setting.
Position Details
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Multiple openings (4–5 positions)
- Onsite only
- Caseload: TBD
- Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative OT services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Active Delaware OT license (required)
- School-based experience required
- Strong pediatric and/or elementary experience preferred
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Virtual interview (15–30 minutes)
