Qualifications
- Active, valid Delaware OT license (required at time of submission)
- Previous experience working as a school-based Occupational Therapist
- Strong background working with pediatric and/or elementary student caseloads preferred
- Reliable, onsite attendance and full-time availability (37.5 hours/week)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Provide assessments and therapy interventions to address student needs within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Support student participation in academic and daily living activities using evidence-based OT practices
- Attend team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success
