Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Opportunity (Harrisburg, PA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting. This role focuses on helping children develop the functional skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to deliver individualized therapy services and support student success across the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect OT services to students with IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Support functional classroom participation and independence
  
  

Qualifications

• Active OT license in the state of assignment
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT certification preferred)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required in all cases)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting student growth and development
