Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU
- Monitor and assess patients conditions continuously
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Accurately document patient information using EPIC charting system
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and development related to NICU care
- Registered Nurse (RN) license, active and clear
- Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience
- Required certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP
- Proficient in EPIC electronic charting
- Ability to work designated night shifts with weekend coverage
- Comfortable wearing any color scrubs as per unit dress code
- 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
- Approximately 36 hours per week
- Four weekend shifts every four weeks
