Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent national certification required)
• Completion of an accredited MRI program
• Previous experience in MRI imaging within a healthcare setting preferred
• Proficient in the operation of MRI scanners and associated equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and physician orders
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring their comfort and safety
• Operate MRI equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Review images for diagnostic quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate records and document procedures in electronic health systems
• Adhere strictly to safety and infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding imaging results and patient care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
