Responsibilities
- Perform Interventional Radiology imaging procedures with precision and care
- Assist radiologists during interventional procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment following protocol
- Monitor patients during and after procedures to observe for any complications
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Proven experience as an IR Technician or similar role in imaging
- Comprehensive knowledge of Interventional Radiology equipment and protocols
- Certification or appropriate licensure as required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
