Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Monroe to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Position Details

  • Full-time, contract position
  • 35-40 hours per week
  • School year: September 2026 – June 2027
  • Additional caseload details provided on an interview with the district

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide therapy services focused on articulation, language development, social communication, and related areas

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Washington SLP license
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
