Desired Schedule & Hours
- Full-time shifts available (specific shift details provided during interview process)
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year recent experience working in an Emergency Room setting (RN-ER)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with evidence-based ER protocols
- Assess, triage, and provide high-level care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and support urgent interventions
- Quickly identify patient needs and initiate appropriate nursing actions
- Document care effectively in electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff for seamless patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
