What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Speech Language Pathologist position at Soliant?
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Columbus, OH. This is a full time role for an immediate hire or 2026-2027 hire. In this role, you will support students in developing communication skills that are essential for academic success and social interaction. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to deliver high-quality, student-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply)
