A full-time Elementary School Psychologist position is available in Hartford, CT, offering a dedicated professional the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational and emotional well-being. This contract role provides a consistent and supportive environment within an elementary school setting, focusing on delivering comprehensive psychological services to a manageable caseload.

Work Schedule And Responsibilities

• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday (7:45 AM - 3:15 PM)
• Direct services to an elementary caseload of approximately 10 students
• Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' academic, social, and emotional needs
• Provide targeted counseling and intervention services as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Adherence to in-person work; this role is not open to hybrid or virtual arrangements
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within elementary school settings preferred
• Proficient in conducting psychological assessments and delivering counseling services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educational teams
