Responsibilities Include
Contract Type: Full-time contract, on-site only (no hybrid or remote options)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Compensation varies based on experience with a structured pay scale ranging approximately from $40 to $52 per hour, depending on years of relevant experience.
This role does not involve travel and candidates must be available to begin immediately to support students through the school year.

Responsibilities Include
- Delivering specialized instruction and support to deaf and hard of hearing students
- Collaborating with school staff and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Utilizing knowledge of assistive technologies and communication strategies to enhance student learning
- Participating in meetings, assessments, and training relevant to DHH education
- Active Tennessee Department of Education (DOE) certification in Teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
- Experience working with deaf and hard of hearing students across various age groups
- Ability to follow student schedules across multiple school assignments as required
- Flexible and ready to start promptly due to the timing of the school year
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
