Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Torrance, CA

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced inpatient pharmacists with a strong clinical background, particularly those with a PGY-1 residency or approximately two years of current inpatient experience. The role is based in a major health system serving a broad network of hospitals and ambulatory care clinics.

Location:

Schedule

• Primarily 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work all shifts, mainly 1st and 2nd shifts; occasional 3rd shift may be required
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within an inpatient hospital setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient medication management
• Participate in the pharmacy’s operational workflow to support patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Prepare for and pass a competency examination as part of the onboarding process
• Comply with background screening and credentialing requirements prior to start
