Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within the hospital setting.
- Review and verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
- Participate in medication safety initiatives and clinical rounds.
- Current California Pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 3 years recent hospital pharmacy experience.
- Full-time immediate availability.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week.
- Four 10-hour shifts weekly.
