Key Responsibilities
- Provide Speech therapy services in alignment with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), district policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to enhance students functional skills and engagement in school activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input to the development of individualized goals and intervention plans.
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist Therapy License (required)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
