Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering services to students with speech and language disorders
- Implement treatment plans and activities designed to improve communication skills
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes according to district and professional guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student success
- Provide bilingual speech-language support as preferred, but monolingual candidates are also considered
- Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are preferred to accommodate diverse student needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a school team environment
