26/27 School Occupational Therapist

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed to support a school setting located near San Tan Valley, AZ for the 26/27 school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to work directly with students, providing specialized therapeutic interventions designed to enhance their educational experience and promote skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students within a school environment
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop individualized treatment plans that support academic and functional goals
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including hands-on interventions and adaptive technology to improve sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in team meetings to discuss outcomes and adjust therapies as needed

• State Occupational Therapist license
