We are looking for a FIELD ACCOUNT MANAGER based in Virginia.
As a Field Account Manager, you’ll be the face of AutoPoint to our dealership clients. Your mission is to retain and grow client relationships by driving performance improvements in their marketing strategies. You’ll manage accounts from enrollment through the full customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth. This is a Virtual Position.

What You’ll Do
- Present and communicate AutoPoint products to dealership clients.
- Analyze client performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with dealership personnel, including decision-makers.
- Drive continuous improvement and align AutoPoint’s value with client goals.
- Manage retention, product penetration, and revenue growth.
- Resolve client issues and communicate program updates.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Automotive and/or Marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations and DMS software (e.g., CDK, R&R).
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Word, and other business tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
