Role Overview
As a DMS Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key dealership accounts. Your mission: drive adoption, grow revenue, and strengthen client relationships across your territory.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders (DPs, GMs).
- Present Solera’s solutions and align them with client business goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and lead onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Manage a dynamic sales pipeline; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans; maintain records in Salesforce.
- Travel up to 75% to engage clients and close deals.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in the automotive dealership industry (DMS knowledge a plus).
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or territory sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
