Who We Are Looking For:
Profile 1: The Experienced Veteran
- Active P&C License with a proven track record of sales success.
- A deep understanding of how to evaluate risks and write profitable business.
- A desire to leave the administrative headaches behind and focus purely on revenue-generating activities.
- Strong existing ties to the local business community.
Profile 2: The High-Potential Rookie
- No insurance experience required—we will sponsor and train the right candidate to obtain their P&C license.
- A background in high-velocity sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- High resilience, natural curiosity, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- A natural networker who is deeply embedded in local community groups, sports leagues, or civic organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, quote, and close new personal and commercial lines business.
- Educate clients on coverage gaps and recommend comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Network consistently within the local market to build a reliable pipeline of referrals.
- Work collaboratively with our account management team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
